Putin says West is ‘misguided’

Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has said the West is mistaken about who the real aggressor is in the conflict with Georgia.

He accused the US in particular of cynical manipulation, and of bolstering the Georgian military by transporting their troops home from Iraq
