IMPEACHMENT could be nigh. That’s the opinion of Washington for Impeachment after numerous meetings with McDermott & staff. Pressure is mounting on all sides in Congress and Pelosi is starting to crack. It is possible McD could get the ball rolling. He seems to be mulling it over, waiting for a push. Latest update from D.C.: http://www.washington…

Kucinich included a wide swath of concerns in his recent 35-point Impeachment Resolution; the last 3 had to do with 911 Truth, including a call for a new investigation, our main goal. Impeachment would probably be initiated on a smaller platform and Kucinich two days ago reduced the call to a single amalgamated resolution dealing mostly with the Iraq War. But he is still at it and all the other calls could be on the table once it begins. In any case, Impeachment is now our issue, too, we’ve been officially invited. Dig:

- The hour is late; Bush & Co. are on the verge of bombing Iran.
- Impeachment may be our only chance to stop the madness (& initiate a 911 investigation).
- Many activist groups are converging on this issue, forming a massive unity front.
- We Are Change Seattle needs to be part of it.

The present meetup is the first of what will be a continuous barrage of convergences, each larger and smarter than the previous. Many groups will be represented. Be there if you can. Dress nice. Bring signs, cameras, peaches. Wear your issue but please stay focused on Impeachment. We will have delegates talk with McD &/or staff while others picket on the street. We’ll probably probably break up after couple of hours, have a debriefing and plan the next convergence. It’s possible that splinter groups may take the energy up to Murray & Cantwell to protest their recent votes or to Westlake Plaza.

If you have contacts in other activist groups, 911 Truth, Ron Paul, whoever, please invite them to join.
